The International Identification Institute – InterID participates in Identity Week in Washington, capital of the United States, which takes place on October 4 and 5, 2022. Identity Week brings together thousands of professionals and companies in the identification sector, setting up a huge conference with world-renowned personalities to promote debate, innovation, new ways of thinking and more effective identification solutions.
The CEO of InterID, Célio Ribeiro, assesses that the event is the most important event on identification held in the United States. “We could not give up participating in Identity Week, since all of its matters are of interest to us and aligned with our institutional purposes. We hope that the experience gained here can be transmitted to our associates and also to other audiences with which we are interacting in Brazil and abroad.”
Ribeiro pointed out that the Brazilian government is one of the highlights of the agenda of the event. “We are happy to be able to follow the presentation of the Program Director of the Special Secretariat for Modernization of the State of the Presidency of the Republic, Eduardo Lacerda, who showed those present the new National Identity Card (CIN), a project that we have supported for more than two decades in Brazil and which, in addition to becoming a reality, has great potential to be a model for the world.”
