📌 Main Theme: National Integration

The 2025 edition will focus on National Integration, discussing the role of digital identity as a foundational element for access to public services, inclusion policies, and data governance.

Under the central theme of “National Integration,” the Congress will also address the Federal Biometric System, electronic signatures, artificial intelligence, data sharing, and other key topics aimed at ensuring that all Brazilians have access to secure and inclusive civil identification.

🔍 Key Highlight: The National Identity Card (CIN)

A major highlight of the event will be the National Identity Card (CIN) — the new identification model that unifies records across the entire country. It integrates databases, strengthens information security, and promotes interoperability among federal, state, and municipal agencies. The Congress will serve as a strategic platform to present the progress, challenges, and future perspectives of CIN implementation in Brazil.

Spotlight on Neonatal and Child Identification

In 2025, neonatal and child biometrics will remain a central topic, with a focus on building a national pact aimed at identifying newborns and children, ensuring protection and citizenship from the earliest days of life.
