Carlos Collodoro is an Electronic Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (EPUSP), specializing in the design of integrated technological solutions to prevent fraud in the issuance of official identification documents and in the provision of face-to-face or remote private services. He is also a specialist in multibiometric data processing technologies, and has acted as a UN Official Consultant in the area of public security, via UNDP, in Brazil, Bolivia and Bangladesh. He is also an Official Consultant of CONADI – National Council of Officers of Identification Agencies of the 27 units of the Federation.
Cláudio Machado has more than 20 years of activities connected to the citizen's identity ecosystem, including the Civil Registry, Civil Identification, Administrative Registry and Digital Identity. His large and varied work experience includes Information Management for monitoring and evaluating Public Policies, Data Governance, Transparency and Open Government. As an independent consultant, Cláudio Machado has worked in development projects in Brazil, India, Angola and Mozambique. He was a consultant for ARPEN Brasil and ITS Rio and a public manager in the Federal Government in the ministries of Health, Planning, National Integration and Dataprev.
